It is primarily targeted at football athletes, however it will work for any athlete that requires a high level of power and agility in their sport.
On field performance is primarily driven by speed, agility, power and your ability to sustain them under fatigue.

How is it structured?
It utilises a 18 week cyclical training plan, based on the principles of block periodization. It focusses on the four main components of athletic performance, which are cycled throughout the plan to peak your performance at the start of your season:
Strength
Power
Speed
Conditioning
BLOCK 1 –Accumulation, 2 x 3 week blocks
BLOCK 2 – Intensification 1, 4 week block
BLOCK 3 – Intensification 2, 4 week block
BLOCK 4 – Peaking, 4 week block
