Program overview

This is a complete 12-week program divided into 3 phases of 4 weeks. Each week contains 5 workouts, one for each basic lift (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, chin-up). The program is built in a way to work each lift through its entire spectrum going from strength work to assistance and hypertrophy work.  Each phase focuses on a particular type of contraction. The first phase focuses most of its work around isometric strength, the second phase, around concentric strength, and the last phase, around eccentric strength.
