This is the third course of the OCTS. In this course we will explains how to breakdown the training phases and builds training cycles. We cover how to divide the year into macrocycles. On to divide these macrocycles in mesocycles based on the needs of the athlete.
We also cover the most important unit when it comes to programing: the training block. We will cover the various types of blocks, their objectives, and the way they are built.
And finally, you will learn how to build training weeks and training sessions to optimize performance.
