In this 4-sessions-per-week program, you’ll get results like never before — insanely high maximal strength, muscle hyperplasia, and a massive increase in force production. Every training session follows a whole-body scheme. You’ll do three sessions focused on the big lifts, and the fourth centers around carries, prowler work, and isometric work for those same lifts.
You can pretty much do everything with a barbell and dumbbells, but there are some machine movements (which can be replaced if you don’t have access to them).
