There’s no point just being strong only when everything is perfectly aligned in positions that you are comfortable with. Life doesn’t work that.

You need to be strong in UNcomfortable positions. You need to be able to tolerate loading at awkward angles, loading that is uneven and know how to use your body in those positions.

How is it structured?

It utilises a 12 week cyclical training plan, based on the principles of block periodization. Alongside the main strength work we include methods such as:

  • Loaded stretching (to improve your strength and resilience in stretched position),
  • Uneven or uni-lateral loading (to work on your ability to resist uneven loading)
  • Specific core work designed at making you more robust

 

3 x 4 WEEK BLOCKS – Progressively more intense. Each with 4 days a week:

DAY 1 – PUSH

DAY 2 – LEGS

DAY 3 – PULL

DAY 4 – WHOLE-BODY ROM EMPHASIS
