Percentage-Based Training Models: Problems

The key to progress is to constantly ask your body to perform at a higher level. One of the most popular progression models is the percentage-based model.  In this model, your weights are planned in advance based on your 1RM.  The big problem is that it doesn’t take into account a little thing called LIFE.
