In this section, I will cover the loading schemes that I use with athletes during each type of phase and depending on the level of the athlete. Then we will get into the most common training methods (rest/pause, clusters, double contractions, supersets, etc.) that find their way in my programs. Since everybody uses concentric-focused training in their program, everybody can greatly benefit from the info in this section.
