I have a question about its contents. I was wondering why there weren’t any loaded carries in this program. Having attended some of your seminars and reading your articles weekly, I know you’re à big fan of those when it comes to strength development. I’m pretty sure there is a legitimate reason for it, and I’ve been dying to know it ever since I bought the program.
Steph, it’s sadly a logistics reason. I designed these programs so that everybody who trains in a commercial gym can do it.
It is not personalized coaching so I cant adapt the program for those who buy it. Since not all gyms have the equipment of loaded carries I decided not to include any since it would be even more frustrating to not be able to do something planned in the workout
