What should I do as a beginner more than just the big basics?

    (I’m posting this here becaude I feel like I submitted it wrong the last time; I’m by no means trying to”BUMP” up my question)

    <p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; font-size: 1.4rem; font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>I believe I have shoulde impingement in my left shoulder that I have had since mid-December
    <p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1em; font-size: 1.4rem; font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>What do you recommend I do for my shoulder, and what do you suggest I do for a program once it is fixed?  I know I should do the big basics, but like frequency, sets, reps, diet, etc.
