    CT hope your doing Great i have some questions i am a type 3 with ACT3 Gen i put on muscle easily but my sleep always suffer i purchased the Type 3 program and the max muscle mass program is the max muscle program can be preformed by a Type 3 i am looking for more hypertrophy and off course i dont want to sacrifice recovery .

    needed some guidance if possible what can i do and what supplements i could take to help me recover and sleep and which program should i pick for hypertrophy i have training years i am not a beginner and for a Type 3 is it hard to recover from full body workouts with alternating triple moves like doing one set than rest 45sec and move to the next until all sets are out you said its best for Type 3 is best to do straight sets is that set in stone.
