Type 2A Fat loss Diet Structure

    Hey Coach,

    I recently purchased the 2A Diet, as well as the training program, and was easily able to sync those together. The Developmental, Neuro/Heavy, Pump, and off days were labeled on both programs. However, I’m finishing that one up and switching to the Fat Loss / Body comp program, and wanted to know how I would do that? As of right now, I’m planning on structuring it like this

     

    Whole Body #1 – Developmental

    Energy Systems – Neuro

    Whole Body#2 – Developmental

    Off – Off

    Whole Body #3 – Pump

    Energy Systems – Neuro

    Off – Off

     

    I do understand at the end of the day, as long as I’m putting in the work, clean eating, and in a caloric deficit I should be good to go.  My goal is to just put the best foot forward in the process. Thanks in advance!
