Im a 47 year old male. Im very active and have worked hard to stay in shape into my 40s and approaching 50. Now have hit this major speed bump…i tore my Achilles tendon. Im 1 week post op now. I should be in a boot by next week. I have already been in the gym several times but obviously my options are limited while im NWB on this foot. My question is….ideas on lower body work including the injured side?? And cardio options??
