I’m a 21 year old, 5 foot 10, 65 kgs and around 24% body fat. I used to work out before but slacked for around 2 years due to college. But now I want to get to the best shape of my life and I need your advice.
Should I follow the 6 day workout routine mentioned in the blog post ‘The best Damn workout plan for Natties’ while in a calorie deficit to get to 10% body fat? And then afterwards gain 1-2 pounds of muscle each month? The 10% body fat and then gaining 1-2 pounds/month method was mentioned by Christian in another blog post.
