    I am wanting to do a powerlifting meet in March, do you suggest the best damn strength plan for this or maybe something different.  Thank you for the help.

    And I’m confused about the first 2 days listed. There is bent over laterals and then the day after is dumbbell lateral raises. Aren’t they the same thing? Thanks!
