First I love this program – I am just finishing my first 12 weeks on part 1, The Diet info came through at a perfect time.
I am a little confused about 2 things I a hoping you can help me understand.
Protein, based on my current weight (240 lbs) and my goal to loose fat I am trying to eat 360 grams of protein per day or 60g per meal. I am having a little bit of trouble calculating what this translates to – It seems to come to 8 eggs for breakfast (holy crap) and 8 1/4 oz of chicken per meal (that is almost 2 breasts!)
Fat – My first two meals, breakfast and mid morning snack is 80g of fat. Could you give me an example of what this could be (I can’t imagine I am supposed to drink olive oil…) the picture shows almonds and avocado – is that an OK choice?
