Tempo and Periodisation

    Hi Christian/Guys

    I was wondering if you like to change Tempos occasionally or is this a constant. I know Charles was very big on Tempo but it was also something I never read from him or heard him speak on. I would love to hear your view. I rarely see powerlifters working with tempo, and I see many trainees throwing the weight as quick as they can. Is it good to sometimes mix it up and not use tempo as a variable in my programmes?
