I have purchased and completed week one of Strength and Size. Is there a narrative discussion somewhere which will guide one in how to progress the program from week to week? Should one work toward moving the weight up by the end of a certain period? I have been using the “natural lifters” free program for about a year and liked it. I had hoped there would be more guidance with the Strength and Size program. Thanks so much.
The strength & size is made to be a 16 weeks progression. % of the main lift is written and the main performance is done on the max reps sets. Your goal is not to increase the weight but the number of reps with that weight. This will translate into better performance for a given weight, meaning strength and size too. Each 4 weeks phase there is an increase in the intensity. Once you completed all the 16 weeks, you can simply use your new number which would have been determined with the Ramping to 1Rm on week 13-16. You can start a whole new cycle with these numbers.
