Keto can be a nice approach if you respond well to it, but just so you know, it’s not the only way to get a nice six packs and hook up girls. First, it’s all about calorie deficit, second, charisma is what turns women on…ok maybe six packs to some degree I get it 🙂
Usually, if you are on keto, chances are you will tolerate a bit less volume in your workouts simply because glycogen stocks are empty, so endurance and lactic sets are not the norms, probably more intensity, shorter reps, and overall volume. As for frequency, it can really depend on the individual, but all in all, if you want to lose fat, retain that you must in a calorie deficit, keto or not.
