SIMPLE, GUARANTEED STRENGTH AND SIZE

    Hello, first of all ty for the best damn program for nattys I gained 12lbs give or take.

    I am starting to plateau and realize I can only do 4 days per week so I want a program to fit my schedule.

    My question is should I be doing 6-8 sets of each exercise as a natural lifter? This seems extremely taxing or maybe I have just been bullshiting for too long.

    I tried it today and I honestly couldn’t do it I had to drop the volume and I did a power push which finished me. It was amazing I just don’t want to overdo it.

    If you had good success with the Best Damn program you can do it 4 days a week instead of 6. Simply roll the days in other but it will take you a week and  half to finish one “training week”. I also have two more “Best Damn” workouts on T-nation.

    I will definitely do that when I go back to it, I just need a break from that program it is going on 7 months I am losing motivation. 

    However, I did upper body day yesterday and it felt really great but again the volume seems very high to me but I am going from your other program where your volume is spread over more days.

    Hi Christian,

    I’m beginning phase 4 on Monday (5-4-3-2-1 rep scheme on the 4 main lifts).

    What rep scheme is used for the ‘accessory’ exercises? Or is each session simple the 5 sets for the 2 main lifts for a total of 10 sets?
