Refeed and Hard Body Training for Women

    Hi there, 

    I’m starting the Hard Body Training for Women program and am planning to have 1 higher carb/refeed day. I’m just wondering what day of the program would make the most sense to do this? I thought possibly Monday/heavy legs or Saturday/power. Thanks!
