Hello, I just bought PBT program and I have some questions about notation meanings.
When you have A1 with rest 90 sec then A2 rest 120 sec then B1. This means do A1, rest 90 sec, do A2, rest 120 sec, do again A1, rest 90 sec, do A2 … do all sets for A1, A2 and then go to B1? Right?
When you say DEADIFT 5×6 do this include ramp-up / warm-up sets? I maybe could do 6 reps with 150 kg, but I gradually increase the weight, usually doing ramp-up sets with 60, 100, 120, 140 kg before that. So my question is when I have rather heavy deadlift for 6 reps as first excercise, how to do proper warm-up sets for it?
