I just did Day 1 of the Powerbuilding program and was blown away. Previously did the Type 2A program and loved it but wanted to mix things up.<br />
Two quick questions on the Powerbuilding program – I see it’s 4 days with an optional 5th day. Are the 4 main training days meant to be consecutive? Or a rest day in between days 2 and 3?
Also – for the optional 5th day – best to do Option A in week 1 and Option B in week 2, or just go with what feels right on that day?
