    Greetings Chris,

    1. What model/brand cable crossover machine did you use for kayak rows in Tnation indigo project videos?
    2. What was the brand/manufacturer for the black straps used support chains for deadlifts in the Tnation indigo project videos?

    Regards,

    Lance

Hi Chris! Huge fan and thank you for all the time and information you give to us for free!

A question regarding you T Nation article about low carbs.

What do you think about the idea of eating a much larger amount of protein and that because of gluconeogenesis the muscles will be supplied with enough glycogen on demand, rather than the supply of dietary carbs.

Have started a carnivore diet and haven’t seen the loss in workout energy that i experienced when doing Keto diet. Performance has also improved which also didn’t happen when doing keto.

    Thank You!

P.S. loved the wedding ring story, very funny.

    Hey Christian,

    I am 14, and 15 in June

I have been in the strength training/athletics world since about last June

I believe I have shoulde impingement in my left shoulder that I have had since mid-December

What do you recommend I do for my shoulder, and what do you suggest I do for a program once it is fixed?  I know I should do the big basics, but like frequency, sets, reps, diet, etc.

Btw, I would like to add mass but also be strong and athletic in the future, like most guys my age

    Thanks

Hi I have purchased the nuerotype test and done the test. How long does it take for the results to come through? Thanks Samantha

Doing the 1B workout.   I did the test twice to confirm I am 1B dominant.   Can I add more sets/volume to the exercises?   Or is that detrimental.

Is it common to have a body that works out like 1B but has a personality like 2B?

Loving the program by the way!

    Hi Christian,

This question may have posted twice.  My question is in regards to reconciling volume when comparing A) Best Damn Workout for Natties; B) Neurotype 1b workout; C) Perform Like an Athlete, Look Like A Bodybuilder.  In A you say:

The number one mistake by natural lifters is doing too much volume.<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 1.4em 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent; line-height: 1.75; color: #bbbbbb;”> You need to trigger protein synthesis and then stop training.</span>

Why so much volume in C?  Can workout C be performed with A in mind?

    thanks

    gute

    Hey Christian,

I was wondering if you still do 1 hour calls about neurotyping?

I took the neurotyping test and came up with a likely dominance of Type 3 and a secondary Type 1B. I wanted to ask questions about the results and what it means for my training, nurtition, etc to get a better understanding.

    Thank you,

    Scott

    Christian,

I’m a 50 year-old type 1b dude who has been lifting for 30+ years.  I’m athletic but don’t participate in an organized sport or competitions.  What is your recommendation for how I should train going forward?  Is there a specific program or article you’ve written that I should follow?  Thank you for your time.

    Christian,

Took the Neuro test today and came out as 1B (105) dominant.  My 2B number is pretty high too – 77, so a combo of the two seems likely.  My question is how to make my Neurotype jive with your best damn plan for natural lifters?

    Thanks.

    Gute
