A question regarding you T Nation article about low carbs.
What do you think about the idea of eating a much larger amount of protein and that because of gluconeogenesis the muscles will be supplied with enough glycogen on demand, rather than the supply of dietary carbs.
Have started a carnivore diet and haven’t seen the loss in workout energy that i experienced when doing Keto diet. Performance has also improved which also didn’t happen when doing keto.
