    1. What model/brand cable crossover machine did you use for kayak rows in Tnation indigo project videos?
    2. What was the brand/manufacturer for the black straps used support chains for deadlifts in the Tnation indigo project videos?

    Hi Chris! Huge fan and thank you for all the time and information you give to us for free!

    A question regarding you T Nation article about low carbs. 

    What do you think about the idea of eating a much larger amount of protein and that because of gluconeogenesis the muscles will be supplied with enough glycogen on demand, rather than the supply of dietary carbs.

    Have started a carnivore diet and haven’t seen the loss in workout energy that i experienced when doing Keto diet. Performance has also improved which also didn’t happen when doing keto.

    Hey Christian,

    I am 14, and 15 in June

    I have been in the strength training/athletics world since about last June

    I believe I have shoulde impingement in my left shoulder that I have had since mid-December

    What do you recommend I do for my shoulder, and what do you suggest I do for a program once it is fixed?  I know I should do the big basics, but like frequency, sets, reps, diet, etc.

    Btw, I would like to add mass but also be strong and athletic in the future, like most guys my age

    Doing the 1B workout.   I did the test twice to confirm I am 1B dominant.   Can I add more sets/volume to the exercises?   Or is that detrimental.   

    Is it common to have a body that works out like 1B but has a personality like 2B?
