I currently train in Crossfit doing 7 sessions per week (5 strength/metcon sessions , 2 skill sessions) along with 2 aerobic sessions per week. My nutrition isn’t bad really but I do feel a bit “heavy” at times when doing gymnastics movements…if that makes sense. I’m 5’7.5″ and currently about 195lbs. I do like to compete in Crossfit and I feel like I need to tweak my nutrition a bit to see more improvement.
I’m leaning towards trying one of your fat loss programs, but not sure which type I am. Any recommendations?
