Neurotype test glitch

    I just purchased the test but I can’t seem to get to a place where I can take the test ? It seems to just take me around in circles !? Where it says “ take the test” it just takes me back to the shop area and around and around .. how do I take the test once I have purchased it ?thanks in advance

    Yes me too. Mine won’t even accept the key. I’ve reached out but haven’t had any support for nearly two weeks now

    I was able to take the test, but I don’t know where I can find my results. Been checking email to see if they are sent, but nothing new. It also says completed on my account here on this site. Not sure if this is part of the glitch as well or not.

    Hi, I have had 3 attempts (from clients )to complete the neural typing questionnaire and they have not been able to receive results when completed and no emails were sent to me.  The webpage indicates that it was sent perfectly, however no result sent. They used one of my older codes and the code I purchased today

    So now then I go into my account it says that the test has been completed and my license key is gone . !!! Can this please be fixed I emailed but was told that I needed to post any questions on here .. ?!? I hope this gets sorted out quickly .. I am a single mother and 22 dollars sud is not nothing ..

    I had a similar issue today. Purchased a 10 pack. Had 4 athletes take the assessment neither the athletes or I have seen the results. I heard from support pretty quickly.

    I guess I’ll chime in with my own issue as well : 

    I took the test, but haven’t received any test results just yet. I’m usually patient, but to be perfectly honest I find this to be pretty darn pathetic. Going in, I expected things would run like clockwork. I’d think twice about buying any other products available through this website. 

    Plus, I’ve seen a number of people complain about getting their neurotyping test results without any interpretation guide. Sure, if you «look around» the web, you’ll probably find that information, but when you pay to take a test, you’re not expecting to have to look around for interpretation of same. It seems pretty common sense that included with the test results, there should be a link to an interpretation guide. 

    For those wondering, I did email support about this.

    I just wanted to update the status of the above mentioned issue : I did get my test results early this morning, so in this regard customer service did a very good job. Some companies will keep you waiting on and on. This isn’t the case here.

    Email Jonathan, chances are he’ll resolve this issue for you, like he did for me. That being said, I’d agree that this is quite inconvenient. [email protected]
