    Christian,

In the templates for designing Neurotype workouts, you use some acronyms that I can’t seem to find explanations for in the course material.  They are ACC, INT, and REA.  Can you enlighten me on what these stand for and what they pertain to.  I can’t seem to figure it out just by the context.

Thanks for all the time you devote to answering questions.

ACC = Accumulation phase (a phase where the volume is higher and intensity lower vs. the rest of the program)

INT = Intensification phase (a phase where the intensity is higher than in the accumulation one)

REA = Realization phase (a phase that is the most specific to the goal of the plan)
