I recently purchased the type 3 fat loss diet. I have two questions in regard to it.
In the overview chart is says my macros should be 60 carbs, 20 protein, and 20 fat. However on the “how to create a deficit” page it shows how to calculate your numbers and there it says: 60 Carbs, 25 Protein, 15 Fat “Proteins = 25% = 168g/day (each gram of protein is 4 calories) = 675 calories Fats = 15% = 405 calories (each gram of fat equal 9 calories) = 45g Carbs = 60% = 1620 calories (each gram of carbs equal 4 calories) = 405g ” <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Which macro nutrient breakdown should I be using for this diet? </span>
On the on how to create a deficit page it shows the calculation for your daily caloric intake. It says to multiply it by your bodyweight. As I lose weight do I change the daily caloric intake with my new weight number or keep the original weight number I started the diet with? Im leaning towards multiplying by new weight but want to be sure.
