Neurotype 3 Fat Loss Diet

    I recently purchased the type 3 fat loss diet.  I have two questions in regard to it.

    1. In the overview chart is says my macros should be 60 carbs, 20 protein, and 20 fat.  However on the “how to create a deficit” page it shows how to calculate your numbers and there it says: 60 Carbs, 25 Protein, 15 Fat  “Proteins = 25% = 168g/day (each gram of protein is 4 calories) = 675 calories Fats = 15% = 405 calories (each gram of fat equal 9 calories) = 45g Carbs = 60% = 1620 calories (each gram of carbs equal 4 calories) = 405g ”    <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Which macro nutrient breakdown should I be using for this diet?  </span>
    2. On the on how to create a deficit page it shows the calculation for your daily caloric intake.  It says to multiply it by your bodyweight.  As I lose weight do I change the daily caloric intake with my new weight number or keep the original weight number I started the diet with?  Im leaning towards multiplying by new weight but want to be sure.
