    Hi Christian

Could I add a small amount of prowler pushes to your get jacked fast programme

    Thankyou in advance

You can do whatever you want, it’s your life/training. But I recommend AGAINST it… it is already and EXTREME program that is VERY hard to recover from. Adding more work might simply make you regress and feel like crap instead of progressing

I’ve been running this program for the last 4 week, while in the final stages of show prep (i’m 3 weeks out). It has certainly contributed massively to getting me  extremely lean. One thing i’ve paid very close attention to is food intake. I’ve been increasing my calories – especially from pre and post workout carbs – which means I’m getting harder and fuller closer i get to show day. Only additional work i do is 10 minutes HIIT on the bike and 60 mins walking per day.

The program might not have been intended for show prep – but it has worked for me so far – i expect to run it for another 2 weeks.

Glad to see that it worked in that regard. Pay attention to signs of water retention as it might increase cortisol too much due to CNS overactivation in your condition which would lead to water retention.

thank you for the reply/advice – I certainly will pay close attention. I have managed to significantly increase my calories whilst getting leaner – its been a real win win for me so far
