I bought 2 programs (Fat loss\body composition) and (high carb fat loss diet)
The high carb fat loss dite is great and good for me but the first program… I am sorry to saying that but its not for me.. I cant do it .. I dont have more than 1 hr for gym .. Also a lot of equipments in this program not available in my gym…
Please if you can give me other program that contains just weight left with bike station or treadmill for cardio and can do it in 1hr or less (regular program but with your experience) like a <b>best damnt program for natural lifter</b>
