Diet approach for continental shift work

    Coach Stéphane,

      So I work continental shift work and for the most part that is fine except for the first night of a night shift rotation. So I get up eat and train like I normally would but all of my good is generally ate before I even start work. Would you recommend have some light snacks through night to keep energy levels or use that time for fasting?

    Depends, but if you feel like the energy is off, I would throw some snack in. »Also, you need to consider that your circadian rhythm is kind of mixed up a bit, so eating could help with energy level. You can use this day as a higher calorie day or some kind of refeed (not necessarily bad food, use clean food)
