Continuing with the Two Exercise Workout Program For Size

    Hi Chris

    Hope you had some really great birthday celebrations.

    I’ve been training with the Two Exercise Plan For Size as outlined by you here .

    I’m on week no 3 right now.

    I really love this exercise combination of zercher squats and incline press. I finish all my training sessions with some sets of snatch grip high pulls, sometimes done from blocks.

    Is it viable to continue back with the week 1 structure after week 4 is over? If the approach now needs to change, what would you suggest to be changed here?
