    Hey Christian, quick question. I’ve recently added clusters into my workouts. I use the recommended percentages. I get stronger in the 2, 3 and 4 set of clusters. Is there any reason for this? Personally, I feel like it takes me a little while to get going. Thanks for all the great info. Nick.
