I’m sorry to have to ask for help immediately-lord. Embarrassing. But, I may have answered wrong in trying to remember 1-5 explanations of answers for the testing.
I have been emailed that I am a 3.
So, I listened to your 9 minute video on 3’s. I got to say…I doesn’t describe me at all.
I am an ANBF and INBA/PNBA women’s Physique pro who loves lifting in all forms I’ve tried. Hypertrophy, powerlifting, some cross fit, tempo lifts, paused reps, super sets, giant sets … and I’m pretty much a leader that enjoys most things having to do with variation in food and lifts. So I’m quite confused by my test result. I’m thinking I answered wrong?? And I’m concerned that I won’t be excited and have fun with this challenge since I feel like I’m incorrectly labeled (by my own doing?!)
please help me come up with what can be done so I feel ready to roll with you on this next journey that literally starts sooo quickly in the next few days. Help! Lol. Thank you kindly!!!
I have a few clients who got type 3 as a result and feel that they may have had the 1-5 choices mixed up. Would it be beneficial for them to retake it maybe after they write down 1 means never, 2 means sometimes, etc.?
