Type 3 have GABA as their main inhibitor, so supplementing it can help maintain your levels. 5HTP can help as it will boost serotonin which is the lowest neurotransmitter for a type 3. I would not combine both. Use one for 14 days and rotate.
Thanks CT for the feedback so Iam using 5HTP now I take 200 MG at night an hour before sleep so after I am done with that I should take The GABA then and what else can I do to lower cortisol post workout
Glycine also I read some positive feedbacks on it post workout since it slows the Brian down a bit I am training upper body / lower body/upper body rep upper /Arms abs and conditioning what is your take on that split
