Hope your doing great CT wanted to ask is it okay to use GABA as a type 3 to slow down the Brian to get some sleep since due to some time constraints .

I can’t train in the morning I have to train at 6 PM and after that the battles start concerning sleep I really develop anixity always when it time to sleep due to elevated Cortisol.

I have 5HTP and got GABA also which one is better to the type 3 and also what can I do after the workout to be more mellow and have a goodnight of sleep because the visouses cycle never stops there .

    Both can be used.

Type 3 have GABA as their main inhibitor, so supplementing it can help maintain your levels. 5HTP can help as it will boost serotonin which is the lowest neurotransmitter for a type 3. I would not combine both. Use one for 14 days and rotate.

Thanks CT for the feedback so Iam using 5HTP now I take 200 MG at night an hour before sleep so after I am done with that I should take The GABA then and what else can I do to lower cortisol post workout

Glycine also I read some positive feedbacks on it post workout since it slows the Brian down a bit I am training upper body / lower body/upper body rep upper /Arms abs and conditioning what is your take on that split

    thanks 🙏 CT
