    Hi Christian

    Would a heavy kettlebell swing be a good replacement for Romanian deadlift as I have an injury and RDL provoke it but swings do not . Any help would be appreciated.

    As CT is really busy giving a LOT of seminars lately, I’ll take the lead on the forum to assist you. We usually always hesitate to give injury advice online, since we don,t know the nature of your injury. Now KB swing is a hip hinge movement which is similar to Romanian deadlift, if it don,t hurt you, then it can be ok but since it is a swing, meaning it uses a momentum, you can,t expect the same outcome as RDL on hypertrophy since the time under tension is not the same.

    Hi Stephane 

    In the body recomp programme Is there a way to incorporate hill sprints into the energy system days as I really enjoy them . ? And  if so should I stick to the Times/distances that is prescribed for the other cardio  excercises? .

     any help would be much appreciated.
