Would it be beneficial to add a set of loaded stretches after each workout or would you say thats a overkill?

    Loaded stretching in reasonable amount (3 minutes under tension total) is never overkill. The risk of it causing overtraining is pretty much inexistent if you are using a non-idiotic program
