    Hi,

    I am seriously interested in your 915 program and would like to give it a try, but I just have a couple questions:

    • Are there any specific times where you recommend/don’t recommend using a belt for squat, deadlift, and or power clean?
    • How long do you suggest resting between sets (for both the main lifts and assistance exercises)?
    • Do you believe there is any way I would be able to start a fat loss phase (caloric deficit) and still get stronger? Or should I worry about that after I have completed the program?
