1b neurotype supplements

    I bought your diet plan based on my neurotype and my question is do I take all of the supplements on the pdf or do I pick based on the category and strategy.  Example, if I’m trying to lower cortisol do I take the supplements recommended pre workout and post workout and pre-bed and upon waking or do I chose to take 1 of the supplements in the cortisol modulation category?  If anyone on the message board has asked this question before and was given an answer can you please respond?
