Ideal body fat for olympic lifters? In season and off season? Trying to decide on a weigh class. Choices are 59kg or 64kg. Effortlessly sitting at 61kg. Usually always weight in at 60kg but I have been depleting myself pretty significantly and not preparing nearly as well as I could. Weigh ins are typically between 1pm-3pm, which always throws me off a bit because I am hesitant to eat or drink prior.
Any tips for cutting weight without sacrificing performance (day of comp)?
