Sport-Specific Training

Sport-specific training is a trend that has been sometimes over-used. Are we just creating weird exercises that mimic the sport but don’t really overload the body as efficiently as the basic lifts do. Sport-specific training has its place, but the problem arises when we start to focus solely on this.
