- A 5-weeks training program using five strength training sessions and one energy systems workout (some of the lifting days will also have added “cardio”
- Easy-to-follow diets that come with precise food prescriptions as well as possible substitutions. The food prescriptions are given for six different bodyweight levels (250lbs+, 215 to 250lbs, 185-215lbs, 160-185lbs, 125-160lbs and less than 125lbs)
- Fat loss and a mass gain diet options for a total of 12 menu prescriptions. However, this plan is really optimized for fat loss, you can still use it to maximize growth (in which case you might want to drop the “cardio” or lower it).
