For 10 weeks you and your group could be working with Coaches Thibaudeau and Aubé towards a rapid physique transformation.

The online Bootcamp offers more than a simple training program. You will also be provided with a nutrition plan that is adaptable to your goals, but more importantly, you will get complete online support to adjust your training, your diet, make sure that your lifting technique is solid, learn and stay motivated. These are all the conditions necessary to make the most significant changes to your physique in the shortest amount of time.

  • How long is the Bootcamp?

    The total duration is 10 weeks.

  • How many training days a week will the program be on?

    The program is designed for 5 days per week, but it can be adapted to 4 days per week.  Since it is an online group, we will be able to guide you through adjustments if desired or needed. Some people might want to train as much as 6 days per week.

  • What is the goal of the program/diet?

    The objective of the bootcamp is to yield a rapid change in body composition, which we call “recomposition”.  The program is aimed primarily at building muscle and the diet can be adapted both to maximize fat loss or to minimize fat gain while maximizing growth, depending on what will give you the best possible results.

  • What kind of program is it?

    It includes a lot of variation in training methods. It does include some heavy lifting because we believe in improving look and performance at the same time. The program utilizes mainly the 5 different pathways to stimulate growth and the methods that apply these pathways.

  • How much support will I receive?

    As much as you want or need. We will use a private Facebook group where you can post any questions you may have about training or nutrition. You can also post videos if you need a form check. We can also provide you with exercise alternatives if your gym doesn’t have the required equipment or if an injury makes a movement impossible.

  • Who will provide the support?

    Coach Christian Thibaudeau will be helping you out and he will be assisted by Coach Stéphane Aubé. Stephane is an accomplished bodybuilder and bodybuilding/physique coach. He has been working with Coach Thibaudeau for more than 10 years.

  • Is it possible to do the program in a home gym?

    While the plan is designed for a commercial gym and the equipment typically available there, Coaches Thibaudeau and Aubé will be able to recommend exercise alternatives based on the equipment you have available.

  • What is the difference between online coaching and online Bootcamp?

    While some minor modifications can be made to the program and nutrition plan, the online Bootcamp is a relatively fixed program.  This is different from the online coaching, which is 100% individualized and adaptable throughout via live chats and regular follow-ups.
