In this first section of course number 3, we will see how to breakdown the year of training. How to plan the offseason and in-season periods; selecting the proper duration for each depending on the sport calendar. We will then see how to divide each period into mesocycles and what should be trained in each of these cycles. Finally, we will see how to train during the season, to at least maintain strength and power, even increasing them.
